CAR AND SUBWAY DIRECTIONS

The directions to Park Slope Oral And Maxillofacial Associates are as follows:

Subway:

Take the 2 or 3 train to Grand Army Plaza station, or you can take the Q train to the 7th Avenue station, or take the M, R or W train to Union Street and 4th Avenue. Exit the station and proceed to Union Street. The office is located between 6th and 7th Avenues on the right hand side of the street as you proceed down hill.

Car:

805 Union Street, between 6th & 7th Avenue. It is a brownstone office located on the 1st floor.
Parking is available to patients at 800 Union Street.

This is up the hill on the same block. Validate in the office.


Bus:

Take the B67 bus to the corner of Union Street and 7th Avenue. Walk down the hill on Union Street and the office is on your right going down the block toward 6th Avenue.
