I had two failed root canals elsewhere and developed a severe jaw abscess. My appointment with Dr. Chionchio was supposed to be the next day, but when I came to his office in severe pain, he took me between cases and gave up his break to treat me. That alone says everything about his character and dedication. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly. He explained the situation, the procedure, and what to expect in a way that made me feel informed and safe. The staff is also very welcoming, patient, and organized, which made the entire experience smoother during a stressful time. I am genuinely grateful for the care I received and would recommend Dr. Chionchio without hesitation.
