I came here for a back tooth extraction & i must say My experience here was amazing, from my 1st interaction on the phone to going in person my experience was just amazing . Bedside manner was impeccable, no judgment, no attitude, i felt valued i felt respected.This team is amazing , i most certainly recommend this place 1000% . Today I went to the office for emergency help. Let me start by saying that when I called the office, the girl who spoke to me on the phone was very professional. I speak very little English, and so I had great difficulty trying to explain my problem to her. She, in turn, listened to me for a long time and carefully, helping me in every possible way to express myself. Luckily I got an appointment on the same day. When I finally arrived at the office and had an appointment, they spoke to me very respectfully and treated me very carefully. This applies to everyone, including the girls sitting at the reception desk, and the girl who took my x-ray, as well as the doctor’s assistants and the doctor himself. Frankly speaking, my teeth are in very bad condition. I had a very hard life which affected my health and, first of all, my teeth. So, every time I went to various doctors, they practically joked about my teeth and put me in a very bad and unpleasant position. making me very embarrassed about it. But this time I felt very comfortable and relaxed. For which I want to express my deep gratitude to the entire team.

Very friendly staff, Dr. Sengupta made the procedure quick and painless.

The staff were outstanding. I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted quickly, and they managed to fit me in right away. Dr. Chioncio was great. He was efficient and friendly. I felt at ease the entire time and the procedure was painless. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Dr Chionchio and his whole staff make what could be a very unpleasant experience, the best that it can be. Everyone is highly competent, professional and friendly. What more can you ask for?

I had an excellent experience having a wisdom tooth removed here in 2019, so to say I’m disappointed with my office experience now would be an understatement. That said i wasted 45 minutes in this office today due to poor office administration. Made an appointment over 2 weeks ago, received a confirmation call to come in 15 minutes early to do updated paperwork. Patiently waited while others checked out, so didn’t fill out my paperwork until the time of my appointment. Finally 45 minutes later I’m asked if I have a recent panoramic X-ray, which I do not, nor was that asked of me when I made the appointment for a consultation or when I was called to confirm my appointment. Now my dentist’s office is closed so I’m at square 1 until they open Monday to get a referral elsewhere. I understand there is wait time, questions, etc, in an oral surgeons office, but the the inability to have asked these things prior to my appointment or before the 30 minutes I sat waiting there is ridiculous, to waste an hour of someone’s afternoon when they’re looking for help with severe daily headaches the cause of which is 2 wisdom teeth.

Wish they were open on the weekends. At least one Saturday a month. A long procedure like an implant, is not easy taking days off from work. Other than that the doctors are nice and do very good work. The front desk could use some more help as well.

Our orthodontist recommended the office of Dr. Trina Sengupta for oral surgery. They took care of my daughter. The surgery was for two hours and during this time they always communicated with me and her while making sure that everything was going well. My daughter felt safe and relaxed. They went above and beyond. The recovery was very quick. The doctor did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this office and this doctor.
